Before We Begin; Heat Your Oven To ca. 180 degrees Celsius; Using Fan-Heating.
The Batter
Start Off Filling All The Dry Ingredients In a Bowl.
- Ca. 2-3dl White Flour
- Ca. 2dl Cocoa-Powder
- Ca. 1 & a Half Tea-Spoon Of Baking-Soda
- Ca. 2dl Sugar
Mix Them Together Until All Lumps Are Stirred Out, And Everything Is Mixed Up.
Then Add The Liquid Ingredient.
I've Chosen To Use Rebel Kitchen's Dairy Free Mylk COFFEE,
As It Really Brought Out The Chocolate-Flavour.
But Anything From Water To Soy-"Milk" Or Other Can Be Applicable.
Add Little By Little Of Liquid, Mix The Batter And See If You Need More.
The Batter Should Be Sticky; Not Completely Runny, Nor Dry.
Get a Sheet Of Baking-Paper, Lay It On The Baking-Tray. (In Case Of Spillage Or Accidents)
Then Place Your Cup-Cake Containers On The Tray, And Fill Then ca. 75% Full Of Batter.
Place In The Oven, And Bake Until They Look Done. Checking Now And Then, Sticking Them With a Tooth-Pick Or Something. To See If They're Well-Done, Is A-OK.^^
When Done; Let Them Rest On The Counter For a While; Until They're Room-Temperature.
The Icing
Get a Small Bowl; Fill It With
ca. 3 Table-Spoons Of Cocoa-Powder
ca. 3 Table-Spoons Of Sugar
Mix Together; Then Add ca. 2 Table-Spoons Of Cold Water
Mix Together
If It's Very Runny, Just Add More Of The Dry Ingredients; And If It's Too Thick; Just Add More Water.
Glace The Icing On Top Of The Cup-Cakes. Then Let The Cup-Cakes Rest Until They're Not Warm At All Anymore, Before Placing Them In The Fridge.
Rebel Coffee Creamer
I Tried Using This For When I Made Some Cup-Cakes.
I Admit; I Do Not Excel At Making Cup-Cakes.
I Do Not Like Cup-Cakes.
They Were Made For Someone Else. And I Managed To Burn Them.
(The Cup-Cakes That Is xD)
Caffeine And I ARE NOT FRIENDS.
We Do NOT GET ALONG.
I Can't Even Drink Coca-Cola; Without Ending Up In The Corner, Shaking Like a Deranged Person On Speed.
Needless To Say; I Did Not Like The Flavour. At All... Maybe My Mother Will Like It? Who Knows, She Likes Coffee.... o.O
I'll Leave An Update Of Her Take On It Here.
UPDATE: I Spoke Too Soon, And If It Weren't For My Mouth Already Being Stuffed Full Of The Most Delicious Cup-Cakes EVER, I Would Gladly Eat My Words. xD
I FINALLY Got The Recipe Right, And BOY Was It AWESOME! This Creamer REALLY Brought Out The Chocolate Flavour In The Richest And Yummiest Ways. And This Is Coming From Someone Who Detests Coffee, So That's No Small Compliment!^^
This Product Is A-OK In My Book; It Tastes Exactly Like Regular Tortilla Chips.
I Was A Bit Skeptical Since It's Kale, Carrot And Spinach Flavoured; But I Honestly Couldn't Even Tell.
This Was Very Refreshing. Surprisingly Fresh Tasting For Something Dried And Flattened.
I Thought It Tasted Like A Mixture Of Pineapple, Peach and Rasberries. SO VERY YUMMY!^^
First Off: I DO NOT LIKE GRANOLA BARS.
It Tasted Like Overly Healthy Cereal Smoshed and Stuck Together With Sugarwater.
It Tasted Very Sweet. Too Sweet. Artificially So. This Was Not My Thing.
Company: Earnest Eats Product: Superfood Trail Mix, Chewy Granola Bar
Raw Bar
This Was Way More Potent Than The Other Granola Bar.
It Smelled More, And Tasted More. I Did Not Like The Taste, Nor The Smell Unfortunately.
I Felt It Tasted More Syrup-y And It Was Overridden With All Kinds Of Grains And Seeds And Nuts.
I Really Did Not Like It. It's Just Not My Thing.
Company: LiveSmartProduct: Original Fruit & Nut, Granola Bar
I'm, as Previously Mentioned; Not a Fan of Peanuts, or The Taste Of Coconut.
I Did Hold Out Hope That This Would Be So Overwhelmingly Chocolate, That I Wouldn't Notice; But Alas; No Such Luck.
So I Decided To Out It To Good Use; As The Cup-Cake "Frosting", Made For a Peanut-Lover; My Mom.
Her Verdict; YUMMY! ^^
The Mixture Of Chocolate, Coconut and Peanut Together, Was Perfect As Frosting On Chocolate Cup-Cakes. Had It Been Plain Peanut-Butter, She Thinks It Wouldn't Have Complimented The Pastry As Well.
Not My Cup Of Tea.
I Tried These In a Dish Or Two, But It Wasn't Really My Thing.
I'm Not All That Into Pasta Either, But I've Always LOVED Asian Noodles, So I Was Surprised At Not Being Too Fond Of This.
It Wasn't Horrible, It Wasn't Great; It Just, Was a Bit Flavourless...
Maybe I Paired It Wrong? Who Knows xD
But It's Not Something I'll Be Dying To Have More Of Any Time Soon.
I Got These Three, The Shower-Gel, The Shampoo And The Conditioner, Before I Realized That This Smell Was Way To Overwhelming For Me. I Had Gotten The Hand-Soap With The Same Scent, And I Realized a Bit Too Late That This Scent Was Not My Ish. Whatsoever. o.O
But I Recently Ran Out Of Conditioner, And I Thought; Why Not? I'll Give It A Go. It's Not Like They're Going Anywhere.
All Three Have The Distinct Overwhelming Smell, Which Had Me Feeling Dizzy And Nauseous In The Confines Of The Shower. I'd Recommend Having The Shower-Door Slightly Open When Using This. Definitely o.O
The Shampoo Left My Scalp Itchy With a Slight Stingy Feeling. Although I Have Sensitive Skin; It's Been Years Since Any Shampoo Has Had That Effect On My Scalp.
The Same With The Conditioner. Immediately When I Put It on, I Could Feel It's Potent Searing-Sting Effect.
The Shower-Gel Was Okay.
For Anyone With Sensitive Skin, Or Who Don't Like Having Smells That Are So Potent; It's Like Having Perfume Straight-Up Sprayed Into Your Nostrils. DO NOT GO FOR THIS SCENT.
This Brand Is AWESOME. And I Would Go Above And Beyond In My Recommendation Of This Brand, And It's Products; Just Not This Particular Scent.

Today I Want To Talk About Something Very Yummy .^^ You Ready? ^^
Recently I Discovered (Made Up) a Very Yummy Vegan Food Combo, I Guess You Could Call It a Recipe. :3
I Recently Invested In a New Spice, Heaven On Earth (Himmel auf Erden) by Herbaria.
It Was Listed As A Frying Spice With German Taste-Notes, So I Felt It Was A Pretty Safe Bet That I'd Like It. I Was Right. :D
I Decided To Take Some Left-Over White Rice From The Day Before, And Make Some Fried Rice, Whilst Trying This Spice Out For The First Time.
On It's Own, It Was a Bit Overwhelming, And It Definitely Needed Some Partners In Crime To Make a Good Dish.
So I Paired It Some Delicious Potato Noisettes, Some Cucumber And Some Arugula Salad.
It Was a Winning Mix!^^
The Rice And Spice:
First, Boil Some White Rice, And Wait Til It's Dry. (Or Take Some Leftover From Another Meal)
Take a Frying Pan, Fill It With Some Sunflower-Oil. Add The Spice-Mix To The Oil And Stir It Together. Then Add The Rice; Shuffle It Around To Cover It All In The Oil/Spice-Concoction; And You're All Set To Heat It Up.
To Get The Rice Nice And Firm, Use High Heat-Levels.
When The Rice Is Looking Yellow/Golden, It's All Done.
The Potatoes:
Bake Some Ready To Heat Noisettes That You Find In The Frozen-Section At The Store; Follow The Instructions Of The Bag They Came In: Until They're Nice And Golden (Lookin' Crispy And Delish^^)
The Salad:
Cut Cucumber Into little Squares/Triangle-Pieces, And Add Some Arugula Salad.
Put It All Together In a Bowl; And You Have Yourself A Yummy Dish, Fit For Any Meal Of The Day!^^
Ingredients:
- Arugula-Salad
- Cucumber
- Noisettes
- White Rice
- Heaven On Earth Frying-Spice-Mix, By Herbaria
- Sunflower-Oil
