This Recipe, I improvised and came up with, just yesterday.
It turned out so well, I HAD to share! :D

2 tablespoons freshly, finely chopped Ginger-root
1 whole Lemon
1 teaspoon chili-oil
1 teaspoon sesame-oil
ca. 5-7 tablespoons of Soy-Sauce
3 handfuls of Brown-Rice Noodles
2-3 handfuls of Snow Peas, sliced in half
4 cloves of finely chopped Garlic
1/2 teaspoons of finely chopped chili
Sesame-Seed Cooking-Oil
1/2 dl (0,21cups) of Water
2-3 Teaspoons of Vegetable Bouillon-Powder
1 Yellow Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Maple-Syrup
1 teaspoon churned Pepper

Take a casserole, fill it with water, add the noodles, let them rest in the cold water for at least 5 minutes, before starting to boil them.
Then put it on high, and boil until they are soft. (check up on them from time to time)
Once done, pour off the water. Leave Noodles in casserole.

Pour a generous amount of Sesame-Seed Cooking-Oil in a frying-pan, add the freshly chopped Garlic, Chili and Ginger-Root, and fry on a little above medium heat for a little while. To get the aromas out and mixed together nicely. Put the frying-pan aside for a sec, so it won't burn while you fix the remaining ingredients.

Measure up the 1/2 dl of Water, Add the Bouillon-Powder to it.

Take the casserole with the Noodles, add Sesame-Oil, Chili-Oil, Soy-Sauce, Maple-Syrup, Pepper and Water with Bouillon-Powder. Mix Together. Then cut the Lemon in half, remove the seeds, and squeeze the Lemon-Juice out of it, onto the Noodles. Mix Together.

Take the frying-pan, and add the Snow-Peas and Yellow Onion to the frying-pan. Let it fry together for a tiny while. 1-2 minutes. The Snow-Peas should remain slightly firm, whilst the Yellow Onion should get slightly soft. Then add the Noodle concoction. Fry/Cook together in the pan for a couple of minutes. Until everything has mixed together nicely, and the Yellow Onion is as Soft as can be.

And VOILA! ^^

This dish isn't spicy, or unpleasantly hot to the taste. It has a round, savoury flavour.
Perfect for any meal of the day, or as a yummy snack.
I Hope you'll like it as much as I do! ^^
