HOLIDAY VEGETABLES | ORIGINAL RECIPE

Ingredients
3-4 Potatoes
4 Carrots
Water
Salt
Pepper
1 clove of Garlic

This is an amount that I would make for a dinner for 2 people, second helpings and all.
For more dinner-guests;
 You should probably double up and/or calculate how much of each ingredient you'll need :)

This dish pairs perfectly with My Red Wine Sauce Recipe,
for a Grand Holiday Dinner. ^^

How To
 Peel potatoes and carrots, the rinse clean,
before cutting them into medallions(medium thick, round slices)
Peel the clove of garlic, rinse clean and finely chop.

Set your oven to 200 Celsius/ 392 Fahrenheit.

Using an oven-bowl
(one of those bowls made of porcelain/glass/metal, that are made especially to cook/bake things in the oven, and able to withstand the process)
Add potatoes, carrots and garlic,
and pour water in the bowl until all of the ingredients are covered in water.
Then sprinkle some pepper and some salt evenly all over the dish.
(ca. 1 tablespoon of each)

When the oven has reached the set temperature, put the dish in the middle of the oven.
Let it bake for 30 minutes or more
(check now and then, if the vegetables are properly cooked all the way through)

Optionally, let the dish slow-bake over a days time, 
at a lower temperature, to let the vegetables soak up those yummy flavours to the max ^^
