3-4 big cloves of finely chopped Garlic
7-8 tablespoons of finely chopped Ginger-Root
1 Green Paprika-Pepper, chopped into crouton-sized squares
1 big Broccoli-Bush, cut down to the flowers, in small individual bushes/wigs
1 Yellow Onion, chopped into crouton-sized squares
ca. 5 fl.oz/148ml of Soy-Sauce
2 tablespoons of churned Black Pepper
ca. 1dl/0.42 cups of Water
2 teaspoons of Vegetable Bouillon-Powder
White Rice + Water
Amounts to 4-5 portions/helpings.
Mix the Water and Vegetable Bouillon-Powder, stir swiftly together.
Then add the Soy-Sauce and Black Pepper, stir together.
Put aside for later.
Tip: Make the White Rice simultaneously as you cook the Veggies.
That way, everything will be done at the exact same time! ^^
Take a big casserole or frying-pan.
Add some Sesame-Seed Cooking-Oil.
Then add the Garlic and Ginger-Root.
Fry together on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Then add the Green Paprika-Pepper, Broccoli and Yellow Onion.
Fry together for a couple of minutes, until the Onion is starting to get soft.
Add the Mixture you put aside, and mix it all together.
Stir it around some, while cooking for a couple of minutes.
And Voilà! :D
