Lemon-Pepper Schnitzel | VEGAN FOOD-REVIEW

Wheaty Schnitzel
This product is very much like Wheaty's Virginia Steak,
but it's up to you to set the spice-profile, 
as it is completely plain and meant to be spiced during cooking.
I chose to cook it up, high-medium heat, using Olive-Oil, and Lemon-Pepper Spice;
I paired it with boiled Potatoes, sprinkled with salt.
It turned out SO SO YUMMY; a definite win! ^^

Just like Virginia Steaks, I'd recommend 2 "Steaks"/Schnitzels per person, for a full dinner-meal.
